This Staff Mental Health Calendar has been designed for schools to print and distribute around communal places in school e.g. the staff room, but it can also be sent to staff and used at home.

Each calendar day has another tip for members of staff to try to reduce their workplace stress, negative mental health, and improve their overall wellbeing.
